Russell, the annoying character in 3D Animation 'UP'

Did you catch the 3D Animation 'UP' in the cinema earlier in MAY 2009?

I remember a character 'Russell' in the movie. Oh my, he is just so simply irritating and he annoys you a lot if you meet him in real life i guess. Check this embed short clip of him, it's only part of the movie and it's already annoys me to death !
